I created Mero Mero back in 2018 during a difficult time in my life. I was feeling sad, and my mom told me that sometimes I just need to allow myself to feel my emotions. She suggested that the best way to cope is to find things that bring me joy. Taking her advice, I revisited activities I enjoyed as a child, and one of them was playing with clay.
One day, I sculpted something I found cute and decided to post it online. I wasn’t using my Instagram account at the time, so I figured I might as well share something I was proud of. From that moment, Mero Mero began. The reason my posts are labeled with “Day #1” or “Day #40” is that I initially planned to stop creating when I was no longer sad.
